With a fully equipped workshop — including CNC milling, manual lathe and mill, TIG welding, and 3D scanning — we specialise in custom machining, automotive parts manufacturing, and repair and replacement of broken components. Whether you need a bespoke gearbox adapter for your track car, a replacement shaft for a classic machine, or a low-volume production run of metal parts, we deliver results that fit, function, and last.
What We Do
-
CNC Machining & Manual Milling
From aluminium to steel, we machine parts to tight tolerances — ideal for prototypes, one-offs, and small production runs (1–1000 units). -
White Label Production Runs
Brightstone Engineering also offers private-label manufacturing for automotive brands and resellers. We handle the machining, finishing, and QC of components such as wheel spacers, hub adapters, and diff covers — allowing you to expand your product range with British-made parts under your own brand. -
Custom Automotive Parts
We manufacture high-performance car parts including gearbox adapter plates, wheel/hub spacers, mounting brackets, and other one-off or low-volume components. Perfect for supercars, classic restorations, hot rods, and motorsport builds. -
Broken Part Repair & Replacement
If a part is worn, cracked, or obsolete — bring it in. We’ll repair or reverse-engineer and remake it from scratch. -
Reverse Engineering with 3D Scanning
Our handheld 3D scanner captures complex shapes and worn parts with precision, enabling reproduction and customisation. -
One-Off Jobs & Custom Fabrication
We take on unique machining tasks for garages, builders, and local businesses who need parts made quickly and accurately — without the red tape of larger engineering firms.
