Thickness & pricing

Choose Your Spacer Thickness

Four thicknesses available. Each pair ships with extended bolts matched to your chosen thickness.

Thickness Price per pair Best for Popular models
10mm £89 Subtle stance improvement and conservative OEM+ fitment A-Class, CLA, C-Class front axle
15mm £109 Most popular — meaningful visual improvement, works on most models front and rear C63 AMG, E63 AMG, C43 AMG
20mm £119 Flush fitment — wheels closer to the arch line, works well on lowered cars C63 AMG, E63 AMG rear axle
25mm £129 Aggressive stance — for wider setups or significant tuck E63 AMG, S-Class, AMG GT
Mixing thicknesses

Running different thicknesses front and rear is common — for example 10mm front and 15mm rear on a C63 AMG. The product page lets you select and order multiple thicknesses in a single transaction.

Installation

Fitting Mercedes Wheel Spacers

01
Confirm your fitment
Check your Mercedes uses 5×112 with a 66.6mm centre bore. If unsure, contact us with your registration and we'll confirm before you order.
02
Clean the hub face
Remove any dirt, corrosion or debris. The spacer must sit perfectly flat against the hub for correct hubcentric seating.
03
Locate the spacer on the hub
The spacer locates on the 66.6mm hub register and sits flush against the hub face. It should not rock once seated.
04
Refit the wheel with the supplied extended bolts
Use the extended bolts included in your kit. Torque to Mercedes factory specification using a calibrated torque wrench in a star pattern. Do not use an impact gun for final tightening.
05
Re-torque after 50–100 miles
Re-check bolt torque after the first drive to confirm the assembly has fully seated and clamping load is maintained.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do all Mercedes models use 5×112?
Most modern Mercedes-Benz and AMG models use 5×112 with a 66.6mm centre bore. This covers A-Class, C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, CLA and most AMG variants. If you're unsure, contact us with your registration and we'll confirm.
Are extended bolts included?
Yes. Every Brightstone Mercedes spacer kit includes extended wheel bolts matched to your chosen spacer thickness. No separate bolt purchase required.
What size spacers should I fit to a C63 AMG or E63 AMG?
15mm is the most popular choice on C63 and E63 AMG — a meaningful visual improvement that keeps the car looking factory-correct. 25mm works well on cars with more aggressive setups or wider tyres. Many owners run 10mm front and 15mm rear.
Are Mercedes wheel spacers safe?
Yes, when correctly specified and installed with the correct extended bolts and torqued properly. Hubcentric spacers bored to 66.6mm locate on the hub register — the hub carries lateral load rather than the bolts. Re-torqueing after the first drive is essential.
What is the guarantee?
All Brightstone spacers carry a lifetime guarantee covering materials and manufacturing defects. UK-made — if there is an issue with the part, we stand behind it.
