Supplied without wheel bolts — this kit does not include hardware. Your existing bolts will be too short once the PCD adapter is fitted, so you'll need a set of extended bolts matched to your PCD adapter's thickness. Get in touch and we can source these for you, or fit your own.
5x108 to 5x112 PCD Adapter (63.4mm to 66.6mm)
Converts a Ford hub (5×108, 63.4mm bore) to run 5×112 wheels with a 66.6mm centre bore — built for owners of Ford Focus (Mk1–4), Fiesta ST, Mondeo, Kuga, C-Max, S-Max and Galaxy who want to fit Audi, Mercedes or BMW G-series wheels sharing the same 5×112 pattern (Jaguar and Volvo models of the same era also share the 5×108 vehicle-side pattern). Also known as a wheel adapter or bolt pattern adapter — it's the same part.

Each adapter is hubcentric on both faces — the vehicle-side bore is machined to 63.4mm to locate precisely on your existing Ford hub, and the wheel-side register is machined to 66.6mm so 5×112 wheels centre correctly with no reliance on the bolts alone. Ford's own wheel bolts use an M12×1.5 thread, while Audi, Mercedes and BMW G-series wheels at this bore use a larger M14×1.5 ball-seat bolt instead. Extended bolts matched to your chosen thickness and wheel source are required and sold separately.

Will this fit my Ford Focus or Mondeo?
Yes — this adapter is machined specifically around the 5×108, 63.4mm hub used on Ford Focus (Mk1–4), Fiesta ST, Mondeo, Kuga, C-Max, S-Max and Galaxy. Jaguar and Volvo models of the same era commonly share this same hub too. If you're unsure whether your specific model or year shares this hub, send us your details before ordering.
Can I fit Audi, Mercedes or BMW G-series wheels with this?
Yes, provided those wheels use the 5×112 pattern with a 66.6mm centre bore — the standard bore for Audi A4/A6/Q5, Mercedes, and BMW G20/G30-generation wheels.
Do I need to buy new bolts, or can I reuse my existing ones?
Yes, new bolts are needed. Your Ford's original M12×1.5 bolts won't fit the adapter's wheel-side thread — Audi, Mercedes and BMW G-series wheels at this bore use a larger M14×1.5 ball-seat bolt. Contact us with your wheel details and we can source the correct bolts for you at an extra cost.
What thickness should I choose?
15mm gives a subtle offset change, 20mm is the most common choice for a noticeable stance improvement without pushing clearances, and 25mm is more aggressive — check clearance against your arch and suspension components before choosing 25mm.
Is this adapter hubcentric on both sides?
Yes. The vehicle-side face is machined to 63.4mm to locate on your Ford hub exactly as your original wheel does, and the wheel-side face is machined to 66.6mm so 5×112 wheels centre on the adapter itself rather than relying on the bolts to hold the wheel in position.
