1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 10 business days depending on complexity. You will be notified if additional lead time is required.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
5. Packaging
We take care to ensure all parts are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or lost, we’ll work with the courier to resolve it. If your item hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), please contact us.
