Pricing

Three adapter types. Clear starting prices.

Single-piece hub adapter £120 per pair

Same bolt pattern as your vehicle, different hub. Most straightforward conversion.

Single-piece PCD adapter £160 per pair

Bolt pattern conversion in one piece — e.g. 5×112 → 5×120.

Two-piece adapter £200–£250 per pair, depending on spec

For conversions where the hub's bolt pattern and the wheel's bolt pattern would clash in a single piece, or where a stud hub needs the adapter thinner than the stud protrusion. Get in touch for an exact quote.

What we make

Any bolt pattern. Any hub. Machined here.

If your wheels don't match your hub — or you're building something no off-the-shelf part covers — we machine the adapter from scratch. Every job starts with your measurements and ends with a part that fits first time.

PCD conversion
Different bolt circles between hub and wheel. e.g. 5×112 → 5×120, 4×100 → 5×112, or any combination.
Hub to wheel fitment
Fitting aftermarket wheels where the bore, PCD, or offset doesn't match without re-drilling either component.
Motorsport & custom builds
One-offs and short runs for track cars, kit builds, and restorations where no standard part exists.
Offset & stance correction
Adding thickness to push wheels out while converting PCD. Combine conversion and spacer function in one part.

Fitment

When you need a two-piece adapter

Most conversions are handled with a single-piece adapter. A two-piece design is only needed in two specific situations — and knowing which applies to your setup helps us quote accurately first time.

Bolt-on hubs

Straightforward — one piece works

The hub has threaded holes and the wheel is held on with bolts that thread directly into the hub. Adding an adapter simply adds length to the bolt, so a one-piece adapter is normally all that's needed — we just specify longer bolts to maintain proper thread engagement for the thread pitch involved.

PCD clash

Hub and wheel bolt patterns overlap

If the hub's bolt circle and the wheel's bolt circle are close enough in diameter, the holes for each pattern can land on top of each other, leaving no solid material to drill both cleanly in a single piece. A two-piece adapter solves this — the first piece bolts to the hub on its own bolt circle, and a separate second piece carries the wheel's bolt pattern, mounted to the first piece's face. Keeping the two patterns in separate pieces means they never have to share the same material.

Stud hubs

Adapter thinner than the stud protrusion

The studs are pressed into the hub and project a fixed length. For a PCD conversion, the goal isn't to fit the wheel over these existing studs — it's to hide them entirely within the depth of the adapter, so the wheel sits flush against a clean face with its own bolt pattern. There are two ways this works:

  • If the adapter is thicker than the stud protrusion, the studs sit fully recessed inside the adapter body, and a one-piece adapter can be used.
  • If the adapter needs to be thinner than the stud protrusion, a two-piece adapter is used — the first piece bolts to the hub and fully encloses the studs, and the second piece (carrying the new bolt pattern) mounts to the front face, keeping the overall stack as thin as required.

If you're not sure which of these applies to your vehicle, send us the make, model, hub PCD, wheel PCD, and a photo of the hub — we'll check for any clash or clearance issue and recommend the right design before quoting.

FAQ
Are these road legal in the UK?
Yes. When installed correctly with proper torque settings and suitable wheel hardware, CNC-machined PCD adapters are road legal. We supply the torque spec sheet with every order.
What's a two-piece adapter and do I need one?
A two-piece design is needed in two situations: when the hub's bolt pattern and the wheel's bolt pattern would clash in a single piece, or when a stud hub needs the adapter thinner than the stud protrusion. In both cases, the first piece bolts to the hub and the second piece carries the wheel's bolt pattern on its own face. We'll advise which design suits your conversion when you enquire.
Can you match rare or unusual fitments?
Yes. If it's a known bolt circle or we can get the measurement, we can machine to it. This includes old classics, Japanese imports, American truck fitments, and bespoke race setups.
Do you do bulk or trade orders?
Yes. We supply UK and EU companies with short-run batches. Get in touch with volumes and we'll quote accordingly.
What information do I need to send?
Hub PCD and centre bore, wheel PCD and centre bore, thread size and seat type (ball or conical), and how thick you want the adapter. If you're unsure of any of these, send photos and we'll work it out with you.
