Alfa Romeo Giulia, Stelvio & 159 Hubcentric Wheel Spacers – 5×110 PCD, 65.1mm Bore | UK Made | Brightstone Engineering
Precision CNC-machined Alfa Romeo wheel spacers for the Giulia, Stelvio and 159. These hubcentric track widening spacers are engineered in the UK from aerospace-grade 6082-T6 billet aluminium to the exact 5×110 (5x110) PCD and 65.1mm centre bore specification — delivering a measurably wider stance, corrected wheel offset, and a flush fitment that fills the arches without compromise to handling or safety.
Every pair is bored to exactly 65.1mm to engage the hub register precisely, eliminating vibration at source. Supplied with extended M14×1.5 conical-seat wheel bolts matched to Alfa Romeo's OEM fastener specification.
Available in 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. Need a custom thickness? Contact us.
Important fitment note: These spacers are designed for Alfa Romeo's Giorgio and 939 platform models — Giulia, Stelvio and 159 — with 5×110 65.1mm hub bore and M14×1.5 bolts. They are not compatible with the Giulietta, which uses M12×1.25 bolts. Always confirm your bolt thread before ordering.

Compatibility / Fitment:
These Alfa Romeo 5×110 (5x110) wheel spacers are designed for vehicles with a 5×110 PCD (pitch circle diameter) wheel bolt pattern and 65.1mm hub bore (centre bore), supplied with M14×1.5 conical-seat extended wheel bolts. Compatible models include the Giulia (Type 952, 2015–present) including all variants — Super, Sprint, Veloce, Lusso, Competizione and Quadrifoglio — the Stelvio (Type 949, 2017–present) including Quadrifoglio Verde, and the 159 (Type 939, 2005–2011) in all saloon and Sportwagon variants.
Not compatible with the Giulietta — that model uses M12×1.25 bolts and requires a different kit. Not compatible with the Alfa Romeo 4C which uses a different 5×98 bolt pattern.
Check your PCD, centre bore and bolt thread before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are wheel spacers safe on an Alfa Romeo Giulia or Stelvio?
Yes, provided they are hubcentric, correctly specified, and fitted to the correct torque. A hubcentric spacer engages the hub register directly — the hub carries the load, not the wheel bolts. Our spacers are machined to OEM tolerances and supplied with correctly rated M14×1.5 conical-seat hardware for the application.
Will wheel spacers void my Alfa Romeo warranty?
Fitting aftermarket components can affect warranty coverage on modified parts, but does not automatically void your entire vehicle warranty under UK consumer law. We recommend informing your dealer before fitting and retaining installation records. If your car is outside its warranty period this is not a concern.
What size wheel spacers should I fit to my Alfa Romeo Giulia?
12mm is the most popular choice for a subtle correction to wheel offset that keeps the car looking close to factory. 15mm produces a more noticeable track width increase and works well on Giulia Veloce and Competizione models. 20mm and 25mm suit Quadrifoglio owners wanting a more pronounced flush fitment given the wider factory arches on that variant.
What size wheel spacers should I fit to my Alfa Romeo Stelvio?
15mm works well on standard Stelvio models for a cleaner, more planted stance. The Stelvio Quadrifoglio responds well to 20mm given its wider factory arches. 25mm is suitable for buyers running aftermarket wheels with a higher ET offset than standard.
What is the correct torque for Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio wheel bolts?
120Nm, tightened in a star pattern using a calibrated torque wrench. Always re-check torque after 50–100 miles following installation.
Do I need a wheel alignment after fitting wheel spacers?
Wheel spacers do not alter suspension or steering geometry directly, so a full alignment is not strictly required. However if your car has been lowered or is near the limit of its alignment tolerances, adding track width can push it fractionally out. We recommend a check if the car has been modified.
What is the difference between hubcentric and lug-centric spacers?
A hubcentric spacer has a precision-machined bore matching your hub diameter exactly — 65.1mm in this case — so the hub centres the wheel and carries the lateral load. A lug-centric spacer relies on the wheel bolts to centre the wheel, which can cause vibration and places additional stress on the fasteners over time. All Brightstone spacers are hubcentric.
Will these fit my Alfa Romeo Giulietta?
No. The Giulietta uses M12×1.25 bolts, not M14×1.5. Fitting this kit to a Giulietta would mean using incorrectly threaded bolts which is unsafe. Contact us for availability of a Giulietta-specific kit with correct M12×1.25 hardware.
