Audi A3, S3, RS3, TT & R8 Hubcentric Wheel Spacers – 5×112 PCD, 57.1mm Bore | UK Made | Brightstone Engineering
Precision CNC-machined Audi wheel spacers for the A3, S3, RS3, TT, TTS, TTRS and R8. These hubcentric track widening spacers are engineered in the UK from aerospace-grade 6082-T6 billet aluminium to the exact 5×112 (5x112) PCD and 57.1mm centre bore specification — delivering a measurably wider stance, corrected wheel offset, and a flush fitment that fills the arches without compromise to handling or safety.
Every pair is bored to exactly 57.1mm to engage the hub register precisely, eliminating vibration at source. Supplied with extended M14×1.5 conical-seat wheel bolts matched to Audi's OEM fastener specification.
Available in 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. Need a custom thickness? contact us.
Important fitment note: These spacers are designed for Audi's MQB platform — A3, S3, RS3, TT and R8 with 57.1mm hub bore. They are not compatible with the A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7 or Q8, which use a larger 66.6mm hub bore. Always confirm your centre bore before ordering.
Why Brightstone Engineering:
- UK manufactured — machined in-house by a UK manufacturer, not imported and relabelled
- True hubcentric fitment — 57.1mm bore engages the hub register exactly for vibration-free running at all speeds
- 6082-T6 billet aluminium — aerospace-grade alloy, strong and lightweight
- Correct OEM-matched hardware — supplied with extended M14×1.5 conical-seat wheel bolts to Audi's factory fastener specification
- Brake caliper clearance — creates additional clearance between the wheel and brake caliper, ideal for larger aftermarket brakes
- Lifetime guarantee — covers materials and manufacturing defects
What's Included:
- 2 × hubcentric Audi wheel spacers (your chosen thickness)
- 10 × extended M14×1.5 conical-seat wheel bolts
Compatibility / Fitment:
These Audi 5×112 (5x112) wheel spacers are designed for MQB platform Audi vehicles with a 5×112 PCD (pitch circle diameter) wheel bolt pattern and 57.1mm hub bore (centre bore), supplied with M14×1.5 conical-seat extended wheel bolts. Compatible models include the A3 (8P, 8V, 8Y), S3 (8P, 8V, 8Y), RS3 (8P, 8V, 8Y), TT (8J, 8S), TTS (8J, 8S), TTRS (8J, 8S), R8 (4S — 2015+), Q2 (GA) and Q3 (8U, F3) — including all quattro variants where applicable.
Not compatible with A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7 or Q8 — those models use a 66.6mm hub bore and require a different spacer. Not compatible with the first-generation R8 (42, 2006–2015) which uses a different bolt pattern.
Check your PCD and centre bore before ordering.

All models above use 5×112 PCD, 57.1mm centre bore and M14×1.5 conical-seat wheel bolts. Always confirm your vehicle's exact PCD and hub bore before ordering.
Not compatible with: A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7 or Q8 — these use a 66.6mm hub bore. Not compatible with the first-generation R8 (42, 2006–2015) which uses a different bolt pattern. See our Audi 5×112 66.6mm wheel spacers for MLB Evo platform models.
Installation Notes:
Professional fitting recommended. Torque wheel bolts to Audi's specified setting — 120Nm. Always use a calibrated torque wrench and re-check torque after 50–100 miles.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are wheel spacers safe on an Audi A3, TT or R8?
Yes, provided they are hubcentric, correctly specified, and fitted to the correct torque. A hubcentric spacer engages the hub register directly — the hub carries the load, not the wheel bolts. Our spacers are machined to OEM tolerances and supplied with correctly rated M14×1.5 conical-seat hardware for the application.
Will wheel spacers void my Audi warranty?
Fitting aftermarket components can affect warranty coverage on modified parts, but does not automatically void your entire vehicle warranty under UK consumer law. We recommend informing your Audi dealer before fitting and retaining installation records. If your car is outside its warranty period this is not a concern.
What size wheel spacers should I fit to my Audi A3 or S3?
12mm is the most popular choice for a subtle correction to wheel offset that keeps the car looking factory-correct. 15mm produces a more noticeable track width increase and works well on cars running coilovers or lowering springs. 20mm and 25mm are for buyers wanting a pronounced flush fitment, particularly on RS3 8Y models with wider factory arches.
What size wheel spacers should I fit to my Audi TT or TTRS?
15mm works well on standard ride height TT and TTS models. The TTRS responds well to 15mm or 20mm given its wider factory arches and more aggressive stance from factory. 25mm is suitable for buyers running aftermarket wheels with a higher ET offset than standard.
What is the correct torque for Audi wheel bolts?
120Nm, tightened in a star pattern using a calibrated torque wrench. Always re-check torque after 50–100 miles following installation.
Do I need a wheel alignment after fitting wheel spacers?
Wheel spacers do not alter suspension or steering geometry directly, so a full alignment is not strictly required. However if your car has been lowered or is near the limit of its alignment tolerances, adding track width can push it fractionally out. We recommend a check if the car has been modified.
What is the difference between hubcentric and lug-centric spacers?
A hubcentric spacer has a precision-machined bore matching your hub diameter exactly — 57.1mm in this case — so the hub centres the wheel and carries the lateral load. A lug-centric spacer relies on the wheel bolts to centre the wheel, which can cause vibration and places additional stress on the fasteners over time. All Brightstone spacers are hubcentric.
Will these fit my Audi A4, A6 or Q5?
No. The A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7 and Q8 use a 66.6mm hub bore, not 57.1mm. Fitting a 57.1mm spacer to a 66.6mm hub would leave a gap between the spacer and hub, creating a lug-centric fitment which is unsafe. See our Audi 5×112 66.6mm wheel spacers for those models.
