2× hubcentric wheel spacers — bored to 63.4mm, in your chosen thickness

10× extended wheel bolts — M14×1.5 conical-seat. Standard bolts are 28mm; ours are extended by your wheel spacer's thickness so you get full thread engagement with no extra fitting work. If your car uses wheel nuts and studs (not bolts), this kit will not work for you. Get in touch to see if we can help.

Before fitting, remove one of your existing wheel bolts and check its thread length. If it doesn't measure 28mm, do not fit this kit until you've spoken to us — your vehicle may use non-standard hardware.

These Jaguar wheel spacers are precision CNC-machined hubcentric track-widening spacers, machined in the UK from aerospace-grade 6082-T6 billet aluminium. Every pair is bored to exactly 63.4mm so the spacer locates directly on the hub — the hub centres the wheel and carries the load, not the bolts, so there is no vibration and no balancing issue.

Fitting spacers pushes the wheel outboard, reduces the effective ET offset, widens the track and gives a flush, arch-filling stance without any change to the suspension.

Fitment

Designed for Jaguar models with a 5×108 PCD wheel bolt pattern and a 63.4mm hub bore, using M14×1.5 wheel bolts. Supplied with extended M14×1.5 bolts matched to the spacer thickness.

All models above use 5×108 PCD, a 63.4mm hub bore and M14×1.5 wheel bolts. Always confirm your car's PCD, hub bore and bolt thread before ordering.

Wheel bolt requirement

Supplied with extended wheel bolts. The correct length is:

required bolt length = OEM bolt length + spacer thickness

OEM Jaguar shank length is approximately 28mm . Minimum thread engagement must be at least 1.5× the bolt diameter — 21mm for M14. Bolts are supplied with a conical 60° seat to match Jaguar OEM alloy wheels; if you run aftermarket wheels the seat type is set by the wheel, not the spacer.

Fitting & torque

Professional fitting recommended. Torque the wheel bolts to Jaguar's specification for your model — typically 140Nm — using a calibrated torque wrench and hand tools only, never an impact gun. Re-torque after 50–100 miles.
